Yorkshire Water Implements Group 1’s DOC1 Solution For High-Impact, Personalized Customer Communications




.One of World’s Largest Water Providers Using DOC1 to Compose and Output Customer Bills for Online and Print Delivery

Lanham, MD — Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF) today announced that Yorkshire Water has selected its DOC1 customer communications management solution to design, generate and deliver its customer bills. DOC1 manages every aspect of a company’s critical business documents, from data acquisition and content creation through multi-channel delivery, archiving and web-based customer care.
